Tanaz Choudhury, CEO and President of Houston, TX - based IT solution provider TanChes Global Management, joins Channel Insider: Partner POV host Katie Bavoso to explain how and why she's investing in the next generation of IT business professionals. Choudhury is a first generation American and says she was able to make the American Dream "her reality." Now, she wants to pay it forward by supporting local community college students and help them realize their own dreams. TanChes has teamed up with Houston Community College and Gulf Coast Region Apprenticeship Hub to create an apprenticeship program that will serve as a workforce ready pipeline for the City of Houston and greater community.
